Why can't I find a property in Basic Search even though I know the owner’s name and location?
The name field reflects the latest transaction information from the Registry of Deeds, which might list the property under an LLC or Trust name. If unsure, try searching by the street address instead.
Why did a select option like Land Use Code, Improvement Type, or Building Type disappear in Advanced Search?
If you’ve entered more than one county at the top, some options may disappear. Please select only one county at a time when using these criteria.
